Below are some of the common forms you will need to apply for an Unarmed Security Guard or an Armed Security Guard. These forms include the application for a Guard Card, the Live Scan forms for both Armed and Unarmed Security Officer.

Fill all areas marked in yellow.  Please remember even if you have had your criminal record expunged you must still disclose them on your application.
